The school provides a comprehensive educational program based on and taught in accordance with the Board of Studies syllabuses for Primary Education. The Key Learning Areas (KLAs) are English, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Human Society and its Environment, Creative Arts and Personal Development, Health and Physical Education.
The school continues to work towards providing the students with an education pertinent to the 21st century and the challenges of a rapidly changing society. Staff committees in Curriculum, Religious Education, Computer, Sport and Creative Arts, work towards providing opportunities for the students to experience creative, technological, sporting, academic and spiritual activities in a range of settings.
The Rock and Water Resilience Program, the Boy’s Social Skills Club, Dance, Drama, Choir, Craft, Chess, Fitness, Passive Play groups and afternoon Art Classes enable the students to mix across all grades in an attempt to improve their skills as well as learn to work cooperatively in informal situations. Class Buddy Reading and the Peer Support Program further enhances students learning opportunities.
